First Focus is seeking a proven Solution Consultant to turn qualified conversations into high-quality commercial outcomes. You will qualify well, run sharp discovery, shape the right solution and close clients who fit our managed AI, managed IT, cloud, cyber, modern workplace and project capabilities.

This is an individual contributor role; it is not a training-ground sales position or lead generation. You will need developed discovery skills, commercial discipline and the ability to build

Qualifications

• At least five years of consultative selling, solution consulting or services sales experience.
• Track record selling managed services, professional services, IT consulting or similar complex services.
• Experience selling into SMB or mid-market organisations.
• Confidence speaking with owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs and IT leaders.
• Ability to qualify firmly and avoid weak opportunities.
• Strong written communication and clear proposals.
• Curiosity to learn service lines quickly and bring in specialists when needed.
• Genuine interest in AI and its business value.
• Commercial maturity with remuneration reflecting value created.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial conversation from qualification through to proposal and close.
• Translate AI, security, cloud and managed services into business value.
• Write clear, credible proposals for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists while owning the sales process.
• Ensure clean handovers into onboarding and delivery.
