Job summary

Starlight is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to drive planning, financial insight and informed decision-making, and act as the Workday Adaptive Planning expert to optimise our planning capabilities.

You'll contribute to governance, board reporting and performance improvement while managing a high‑performing FP&A function in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting for the Executive Team & Board.
• Partner with leaders to support planning and decision-making.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis.
