Job summary

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in Brookvale, NSW, seeks a Financial Executive to join the Finance team. The role covers accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, banking, and general financial administration, supporting month-end reporting and compliance.

You will process supplier invoices, monitor approvals, prepare payment batches, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely payments while maintaining debtor records and revenue trackers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in finance, accounts, or administrative support.
• Currently studying or completed degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and time management.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, proactive, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.
• Monitor invoice approvals and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare weekly payment batches and assist creditor approvals.
• Liaise with suppliers and staff for timely payments.
• Generate invoices for sponsorships, grants, revenue.
• Maintain debtor records and revenue trackers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process daily banking transactions including EFTs, deposits, and transfers.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage outstanding transactions.
• Complete monthly toll reconciliations and coordinate vehicle reimbursement claims.
