Job summary

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles is seeking a Financial Executive to deliver accurate financial processing across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, banking and general financial administration. This role supports daily operations of the Finance Department and contributes to month-end reporting in a fast-paced sporting environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to advance their finance career within a club setting.

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative support role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting, or equivalent qualification with practical experience.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements; liaise with suppliers to ensure timely payments.
Generate invoices for sponsorships, grants, and revenue; maintain debtor records.
Process daily banking transactions; reconcile corporate cards and tolls.
Support month-end posting of journals, accruals, and prepayments; assist with depreciation entries.
Maintain the fixed asset register and contribute to monthly reporting packs.
