Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Epping Head Office. You will lead analysis, documentation, and optimisation of Finance, Procurement and AP processes to support Procure-to-Pay and Financial ERP transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with project teams, Finance, Procurement and operational colleagues across NSW & ACT, gather requirements, map current and future processes, and support solution delivery,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in project, transformation or system implementations.
• Experience with Financial ERP systems, Procurement and Finance processes.
• Proven ability to document business, functional and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience mapping end-to-end As-Is/To-Be processes using BPMN or similar.
• Support business case development, testing, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and observations to understand operational needs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and specs.
• Maintain requirements traceability across delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between needs and delivered solutions.
• Support business cases and required documentation.
