Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with accreditations where required.
• Extensive experience in project management, insurance, or financial services.
• Proven track record leading large IT and business transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead major Finance Transformation Projects including an ERP/GL replacement.
• Translate strategy into a clear transformation roadmap and priorities.
• Engage senior Finance and Technology executives and governance forums.
• Manage strategic delivery partners and vendors (RFI/RFP processes).
• Drive business outcomes with structure in a matrixed organisation.
