Qualifications

15+ years of senior finance experience
Significant experience leading complex finance transformation or business improvement initiatives
Experience across finance systems, ERP implementation, process optimisation, and finance operating model transformation

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide finance transformation programme, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and ways of working
Assess and enhance the finance operating model, supporting greater efficiency, consistency, accountability, and scalability across the Group
Lead the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, including systems, reporting, process improvement, automation, and integration
Partner with the Board, executive leadership, and finance stakeholders to align transformation priorities with broader business objectives
Strengthen financial governance, controls, reporting, and risk frameworks to support financial integrity across a complex, multi-entity environment
Provide hands-on leadership through transformation delivery, managing key stakeholders, priorities, risks, and implementation outcomes
