Reporting to the GM of Planning and Analytics, the role focuses on requirements gathering, building new Power BI reports, and guiding the team through change management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounting and finance systems transformation.
• Ability to code Power BI reports from warehouse data.
• Ability to train the wider team on using reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document functional requirements; diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Develop new reports and dashboards.
• Develop change management plan to ensure adoption of transformation program.
• Provide oversight and leadership on process improvement opportunities.
