Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a skilled Reporting & Analytics Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-wide reporting within a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will oversee KPIs, dashboards, and executive analytics to support decision‑making across finance, operations, and supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide data governance, and lead a team through end-to-end reporting delivery using SAC, Fiori, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Reporting & Analytics experience in ERP environments (SAP S/4HANA).
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI with SAP/non-SAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures and core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM).
• Leadership across at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations with reporting strategy ownership.
• Background in data governance, KPI standardisation, and reporting architecture design.
• Proficient in agile and hybrid BI delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end reporting and analytics strategy for the SAP transformation program.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture KPIs, reporting requirements, and data visualization needs.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards using SAC, Fiori, and Power BI.
• Standardise and rationalise reporting to eliminate duplication and promote consistent insights.
• Oversee governance, ensuring high data quality, secure access, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables - from requirements through to testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Provide timely reporting and risk updates to the PMO and program leadership.
• Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
