Job summary

Finance Systems Analyst

This is a permanent full-time opportunity. The role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing the Department’s financial management systems with a focus on TechnologyOne. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, managing system upgrades, data validation, reconciliation, project support, and compliance with the Financial Management Act. The position provides expert advice, develops user reporting, documentation and training materials, and delivers system training to stakeholders.

Salary & Pay Range

Base pay: A$95,782.00/yr – A$100,526.00/yr. Pay is based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Department’s financial management systems.
• Oversee system upgrades and ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Support financial systems projects and maintain compliance with the Financial Management Act and audit requirements.
• Develop user reporting, documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver system training to stakeholders.
