Job summary

Equifund Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a Finance Settlements & Administration Officer to support our finance brokers from approval through settlement. This hands-on role involves coordinating settlements and documenting processes across CRM and lender portals.

You will manage settlements, communicate with clients, lenders, dealerships and insurers, and ensure all conditions are met so deals progress smoothly. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance, lending, banking, mortgage broking, settlements or finance administration would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.
• Attention to detail and strong communication are essential for coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing approved finance applications through to settlement.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, dealerships, suppliers and insurers.
• Reviewing approvals and coordinating outstanding settlement conditions.
• Preparing finance and settlement documentation.
• Following up invoices, insurance, payout letters and supporting documents.
• Keeping clients updated throughout the process.
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and lender portals.
• Supporting brokers with finance administration and client enquiries.
