Job summary

Mykey People in Australia is seeking a settlements/compliance professional to join a recognised Automotive Finance leader. Reporting to a supportive Supervisor, the role offers autonomy and variety to strengthen settlements experience.

You will review loan documents, ensure compliance with NCCP, AML and ACL, and liaise with Dealers, Brokers and Customers to rectify discrepancies. Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role within a

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACL.

Responsibilities

• Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documents.
• Ensure loan contracts comply with company policies.
• Advise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applications.
• Verify the employment status of retail customers.
• Liaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followed.
