Job summary

Equifund Financial Group is seeking a Finance Settlements & Administration Officer to join our Sydney team. You will support our finance brokers and move approved applications through to settlement, coordinating the process with clients, lenders, dealerships and suppliers.

You will handle documentation, lender conditions and post-settlement tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, lending, settlements, banking or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved finance applications through the settlement process.
• Proactively contact clients, lenders, dealers, suppliers and insurers to obtain missing information.
• Review finance approvals and identify outstanding lender conditions.
• Coordinate invoices, insurance certificates, payout letters and other settlement requirements.
• Prepare and lodge settlement documentation and lender-specific forms.
• Follow up outstanding requirements to progress settlements quickly.
• Keep clients informed throughout the settlement process and respond to inquiries.
• Liaise with lenders and brokers to resolve settlement issues or conditions.
• Perform credit checks, bank statement retrievals and ID verification.
• Maintain accurate client and application records across CRM and lender portals.
• Monitor the settlement pipeline and prioritise upcoming settlements.
• Assist brokers with application and client administration as needed.
• Complete post-settlement administration and follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
