Arctree in the Arundel area is seeking a Finance & Business Support Lead to own the finance function and streamline manual processes in a technical environment.

You will manage Xero AP/AR, purchasing and logistics, and month-end reporting, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate books with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years Xero experience or a Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting and thrives in a small-to-medium business with a practical, hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Xero experience or a Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting.
• Experience in a small-to-medium business finance environment.
• Strong ability to streamline manual financial processes.

Responsabilités

• Xero management: full-function A/P and A/R, timely invoicing and collections.
• Purchasing & Logistics: manage end-to-end orders, track equipment.
• Month-End Reporting: prepare GL and monthly trial balances.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and implement digital tools/workflows.
• General Administration: maintain admin standards for a technical team.
