Job summary

Randstad - Finance & Accounting is working with a South Australian advanced manufacturer in Adelaide. They seek a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial sustainability, HR, and a middle-management team, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role is hands-on and requires comfort with operational detail and strategic growth support. The successful candidate will lead an end-to-end ERP transition, manage tax incentives, grants and R&D funding, review contracts and insurances, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on financial management, reporting and systems development.
• Managing HR systems, compliance, recruitment and employee relations.
• Guiding an end-to-end ERP system transition.
• Managing tax incentives, government grants and R&D funding.
• Reviewing contracts, insurances and risk management.
• Collaborating with external accountants to advise on growth.
