ROLLER is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong payments background who thrives on turning ideas into impactful solutions. You will own our Financial Services product area, driving customer success and business outcomes on a global stage.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will lead a cross-functional team, write clear user stories, and partner with providers like Adyen, Stripe and CyberSource to deliver seamless payments experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in product management within a fast-growing software company.
• Strong payments background with knowledge of third-party integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for payments and financial services products and integrations.
• Lead a cross-functional team to launch, iterate, and scale globally.
• Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
• Collaborate with Payments Operations and executives to align priorities.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business value.
