Randstad Australia seeks a Finance & Operations Manager in Adelaide to lead a broad, hands-on function reporting to the CEO. You will supervise financial sustainability, HR systems, and a diverse middle-management team, driving strategic growth and responsible stewardship.

The role requires tertiary Finance/Business qualifications, with CA/CPA desirable, and a track record in ERP transitions and managing grants and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or related discipline are essential.
• CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in hands-on financial management, HR systems, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial sustainability and reporting.
• Lead HR systems, compliance, recruitment and employee relations.
• Guide an end-to-end ERP system transition.
• Manage tax incentives, government grants and R&D funding.
• Review contracts, insurances and risk; collaborate with external accountants.
• Lead a middle-management team of up to 10 staff.
• Report directly to the CEO.
