Job summary

Warrigal is seeking a Finance Officer to join our finance team in Sydney. You will manage financial data, support operational finance processes, and ensure accurate reporting for residents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

This role suits a detail-oriented, organized finance professional who values accuracy and collaboration. You’ll contribute to sound financial operations that support Warrigal’s aged care communities and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in aged care, with knowledge of relevant Aged Care and Retirement Village legislation.
• Experience using the Epicor ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Warrigal’s Finance team.
• Support key finance processes, reporting, debtor management, and month-end activities.
• Work with large volumes of financial information and meet deadlines.
• Be a key contact for residents, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to financial enquiries and resolve account-related matters with professionalism.
