Job summary

Radcare is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation providing aged care and community services across the Ravenshoe and surrounding Tablelands region. This varied, hands-on finance role requires someone highly organised, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently across day-to-day financial administration.

Key duties include MYOB processing, payroll, GST/BAS, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, budgeting and month-end reporting, with an emphasis on confidentiality and

• Experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Payroll experience including PAYG, STP and superannuation.
• Knowledge of GST and BAS requirements.
• Experience with accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.

This is a varied, hands‑on finance position requiring someone who is highly organised, accurate, trustworthy and confident working independently across all aspects of day‑to‑day financial administration of a Support at Home Provider.

About you

• Demonstrated experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role
• Demonstrated payroll experience, including PAYG, superannuation and STP
• Sound knowledge of GST and BAS requirements
• Experience with accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
