Job summary

Shield Recruitment is seeking a Finance Officer based in Parramatta to support day-to-day financial operations on a six-month contract. The role focuses on Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting, offering exposure across the finance function.

You will perform bank and GL reconciliations, manage payments, support AR activities, and assist with month-end processes. Strong detail orientation and communication are essential in this hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Finance Officer | Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations

You'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day financial operations as a Finance Officer based in Parramatta on an initial six-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Receivable, financial operations, reconciliations or general accounting who is keen to build on their existing skills and gain broader exposure across finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Performing bank, general ledger (GL) and debt reconciliations
