C3Talent is recruiting a Finance Manager for Bundaberg, Queensland. You will report to the CFO, own day-to-day finance and lead an experienced team across multiple entities. The role focuses on reporting, budgeting, cash flow and controls in a varied agricultural management business environment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, people-focused and skilled in automation and Power BI, with CA/CPA preferred but not essential. Australians relocation required for Bundaberg office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and people-focused finance leader with governance.
• Experience leading a finance team and multi-entity reporting.
• Strong systems and process improvement capability.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI highly regarded.
• CA/CPA preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting across entities.
• Oversee cash flow, banking, AP, AR and loan admin.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Oversee payroll, audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
• Drive improvements across systems and financial controls.
• Work with the CFO to enhance reporting and Power BI capability.
