Job summary

C3Talent is partnering with a large agricultural management business to appoint a Finance Manager for its Bundaberg-based team. This permanent role requires relocation to Bundaberg, Queensland, and reports to the CFO.

You will own day-to-day finance, lead an experienced team and drive reporting, budgeting, cash flow and financial controls across multiple entities in a varied, complex environment. Strong Power BI and Excel skills are highly valued.

C3Talent is partnering with a large, established agricultural management business to appoint a Finance Manager to its Bundaberg-based team.

This role is permanently based in Bundaberg, Queensland and will require relocation.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while leading and developing an experienced finance team. The business manages a diverse portfolio of agricultural operations on behalf of private, corporate and international clients, creating a genuinely varied and complex finance environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting across multiple entities.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

About You

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who enjoys being both hands-on and people-focused.

You will ideally bring:

• Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or similar experience.
• Strong financial reporting, month-end, budgeting and cash flow capability.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong systems and process improvement capability.
• Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI highly regarded.
• CA/CPA preferred, but not essential.
• A practical, down-to-earth approach and strong stakeholder skills.

This is an office-based role in Bundaberg and requires relocation.
