Job summary

C3Talent is partnering with a large, established agricultural management business to appoint a Finance Manager to its Bundaberg-based team. This permanent role is based in Bundaberg, Queensland and requires relocation.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead day-to-day finance across multiple entities, drive improvements in systems and controls, and develop a high-performing finance team in a varied, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong financial reporting, month-end, budgeting and cash flow capability.
• CA/CPA preferred, but not essential.
• This is an office-based role in Bundaberg and requires relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee cash flow, banking, AP, AR and loan administration.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Oversee payroll, audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
• Drive improvements across systems, processes and financial controls.
• Work alongside the CFO to enhance reporting, automation and Power BI capability.
