The role suits an experienced Finance Manager or senior Site Accountant seeking broader leadership and hands-on financial control combined with business partnering.

You will work closely with the leadership team to provide meaningful insights, improve reporting processes and drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Site Accountant or similar role
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production or a related industry
• Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• A hands-on approach and willingness to operate across both strategic and transactional activities
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
