APAC Michael Page is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function, drive strategy, and partner with senior leadership across a high-growth international business.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvements, mentoring a team, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance Business Partner.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Experience in a multinational, complex, or fast-paced environment.
• Leadership capability with a track record of driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, compliance, tax, audit, treasury, and controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing meaningful insights to support business growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence commercial decisions and deliver strategic financial guidance.
• Develop accurate financial models, performance analysis, and management reporting to support key initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, strengthening controls and improving operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, compliance, tax, audit, treasury, and controls.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing meaningful insights to support business growth.

Job Offer

• Salary of $150000 to $175000, 15% bonus, plus super.
