• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior operational stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and financial leadership across the Integrated Solutions transport business.
• Partner with Transport leadership to drive performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Delivering insightful P&L reporting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Developing business cases for major tenders, customer opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including transport optimisation and process improvement.
• Acting as the key Finance representative on the transport leadership team.
