Job summary

Lineage, the world's largest temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider, is seeking a Finance Manager - Integrated Solutions to lead the Australian transport business from Melbourne (preferred) or Adelaide. This role reports to the Director of Finance, Australia and acts as a trusted commercial adviser.

You will drive financial performance, forecasting and budgeting, deliver insightful P&L reporting, and develop business cases for major tenders and growth

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior finance or business partnering role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial and financial leadership across the Integrated Solutions transport business
• Partnering with Transport leadership to drive performance, profitability and operational efficiency
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Delivering insightful P&L reporting, variance analysis and performance reporting
• Developing business cases for major tenders, customer opportunities and growth initiatives
• Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including transport optimisation and process improvement
• Acting as the key Finance representative on the transport leadership team.

Position Details

We are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager - Integrated Solutions - the senior finance leader supporting our Australian transport business.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Australia, you will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Transport, Australia and broader leadership team, acting as a trusted commercial advisor while driving financial performance, reporting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

The role can be based in Melbourne (preferred) or Adelaide.

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in a senior finance, commercial finance or business partnering role
• Demonstrated experience supporting transport, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to influence senior operational stakeholders and translate financial information into commercial outcomes
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑moving environment.
