Job summary

Lineage AUS TRS Pty Ltd, a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, seeks a Finance Manager for Integrated Solutions in Australia. The role partners with operational leaders to drive performance, forecasts and strategic decision-making across General and Convenience Transport operations.

Based in Melbourne (preferred) or Adelaide, you will report to the Director of Finance, Australia, and serve as a trusted commercial adviser while leading financial reporting and tender business cases.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in a senior finance, commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial and financial leadership across the Integrated Solutions transport business.
• Partnering with Transport leadership to drive performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Delivering insightful P&L reporting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Developing business cases for major tenders, customer opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including transport optimisation and process improvement.
• Acting as the key Finance representative on the transport leadership team.

We are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager - Integrated Solutions - the senior finance leader supporting our Australian transport business. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with operational leadership, helping shape business performance across both our General Transport and Convenience Transport operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, Australia, you will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Transport, Australia and broader leadership team, acting as a trusted commercial advisor while driving financial performance, reporting, forecasting and strategic decision-making. The role can be based in Melbourne (preferred) or Adelaide.

What you'll be doing

We're seeking someone who combines strong commercial finance capability with experience within the transport, logistics, fleet or supply chain industry. You'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience supporting transport, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capabilityAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to influence senior operational stakeholders and translate financial information into commercial outcomes
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment.
