Sense Of Self is seeking a senior finance lead to own the financial health of the group from our Collingwood HQ. You will manage the monthly close, multi-entity reporting, payroll across Victoria and NSW, and cash flow with lender reporting. As we grow, you’ll automate processes and provide insights to improve venue performance.

You’ll drive forecasting, scenario analysis and data integrity while partnering with venue managers to translate numbers into practical actions that boost profitability.

Competenze

• CA or CPA with 5+ years experience in a multi-site or high-growth business.
• Proficient in Xero and multi-entity reporting including intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll and payroll tax across multiple states is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis skills.
• Ability to drive data integrity and automate where possible.

Mansioni

• Run the monthly close and group reporting across three entities, including intercompany and consolidation.
• Manage payroll, superannuation and multi-state payroll tax from registrations to returns.
• Own cash flow, budgets, banking and lender reporting, including covenant monitoring.
• Contribute to rolling three-way forecast with operational inputs and scenario analysis.
• Oversee finance systems and integrations, drive automation and protect data integrity.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for venue teams.
