Employment Hero seeks an Accountant to partner with the Finance Manager and the broader team to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, journals, and accruals across our global entities. You will gain exposure to inter‑company and FX transactions and contribute to process improvements.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work quickly, maintain compliance, and thrive in a fast-growth, ambiguous environment while delivering accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar accounting role.
• Pursuing CA/CPA qualification or plan to start.
• Relevant Finance/Accounting degree.
• Experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank accounts across global entities.
• Reconcile company credit cards and spend platforms.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
• Prepare journal entries (prepayments, accruals, depreciation, intercompany).
• Own Fixed Assets Register and month-end reconciliations.
