ARCway Careers is seeking a motivated Customer Success Trainee to join a Private Lending Firm based in Norwest. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in finance and a clear path to a career in business and client management.

The 12-month full-time traineeship runs Monday to Friday and includes a Nationally Recognised Certificate in Business. No previous experience is required, and you will learn by doing in a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assisting customers with their applications and supporting documents.
• Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities.
• Updating customer details in the CRM system.
• Generating and sending contracts for settlements.
• Completing welcome calls with new customers.
• Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers.
