Goal Indigenous Services is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support financial management of contracts, including cost tracking, invoicing, forecasting and reporting across maintenance, projects and subcontracted services. This is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified position, based in Williamstown with hybrid flexibility.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, experience in project finance or contract accounting, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes

Qualifications

• Experience in project finance, contract accounting or financial administration.
• Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills, preferably Jobpac, SAP or similar.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction or maintenance services.

Responsabilités

• Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor claims and financial transactions.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, work-in-progress (WIP) and project cost records.
• Support client invoicing, progress claims and audit documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, contract requirements and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
