Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Finance & Contract Analyst in Sydney to support end-to-end financial operations and contract activities across a diverse client portfolio. Approximately 80% finance and accounting tasks and 20% contract support will be performed, with collaboration across finance, clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification, or currently working towards one, preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting fundamentals, with good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end financial operations and contract activities across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Provide contract administration support, including purchase orders, compliance, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support new business mobilization and broader operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve financial and contract-related issues while driving process and control improvements.
