Western Power is seeking a Finance Business Partner Team Leader in Perth to lead a high-performing team of 9 finance professionals, including Financial Analysts and Senior Partners, and to advise senior leaders on strategic and commercial decisions.

You will drive financial discipline, deliver end-to-end business partnering across the value chain, and provide robust analysis to support investment cases, ensuring value for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with building high-performing teams
• Experience in financial analysis, management reporting or commercial finance
• CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded
• Degree in Finance/Accounting required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 9 Financial Analysts and Senior Finance Partners
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial and commercial advice
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships across Western Power
• Deliver end-to-end financial business partnering across the value chain
• Provide commercial insight and robust financial analysis to support business cases
• Monitor portfolio, investment and operational performance
• Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems and standards
• Drive a culture of financial discipline and accountability
