Job summary

Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour in Sydney is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support the hotel's financial operations. You will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accuracy, and help maintain compliance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Reporting to the Finance & Business Support Manager, the role requires Excel proficiency, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance, accounts, administration, or hospitality role.
• Qualifications or studies in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable.
• Verifying invoices and liaising with suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and compliance standards.
• Assisting with audits, inventory control, and payroll processing.
• Supporting month-end reporting and other finance activities.

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your finance career in hospitality? Join Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour as a Part-Time Finance Assistant and play a key role in supporting our hotel's financial operations.

Part-Time: 18-22.8 hours per week

About the Role
