Dometic is seeking a Finance Analyst to support commercial decision-making through accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis. You will collaborate with finance and operations across Australia and New Zealand to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.

The role offers exposure to both Australian and New Zealand operations, with opportunities for development in a dynamic, global environment and a clear career progression path.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in accounting and analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Office 365.
• Experience with ERP, BI or financial reporting systems is highly regarded.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification completed or in progress is desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly management reporting packs, dashboards and financial analysis to support business performance reviews.
• Analyse revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital and other key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range planning activities with robust models.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights, pricing analysis and cost reviews.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including warranty provisioning and inventory valuations.
