Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join the ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & M&A – ANZ, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across the business.

This is an excellent entry to mid-career opportunity with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making in a growing finance function. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, develop financial models and dashboards, and help deliver insightful reports that drive performance

Qualifications

1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or public practice.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Support the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools.
Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions.
Assist with pricing, profitability and cost improvement initiatives.
Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights.
