Connect2Care is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Accounts Administration Officer to join our Head Office in Caulfield. This onsite role offers an opportunity to start or grow a career in finance and administration within the NDIS sector, with training provided.

You will support accounts receivable tasks, invoicing, and daily quality checks, coordinating with therapists and staff. The role suits motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • PRODA access preferred.
  • NDIS experience preferred.
  • Applicants must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a NZ Special Category visa with work rights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable functions including daily reconciliations and collections.
  • Perform daily quality checks of therapist invoices.
  • Conduct daily quality checks of therapy service reports.
  • Liaise with therapists and staff on invoicing queries.
  • Process customer credit card payments via EWAY.
  • Review and process customer refund requests.
  • Respond to internal and external accounts inquiries including complaints.
  • Manage accounts email inbox and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.

Connect2Care is seeking a full‑time Entry‑Level Accounts Administration Officer to join our Head Office team in Caulfield. As a community‑based NDIS provider, we are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager‑to‑learn individual to support our growing finance and administration functions. This onsite role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounts administration, with an interest in the NDIS sector. Previous exposure to accounts administration, plan management, or the NDIS is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided for the right candidate. You will enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while developing valuable skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including daily bank reconciliations, debtor follow‑up, payment allocation, and collections
  • Perform daily quality checks of therapist invoices
  • Conduct daily quality checks of reports relating to therapy services
  • Liaise with therapists and administration staff regarding invoicing and billing queries
  • Process customer credit card payments via EWAY
  • Review and process customer refund requests
  • Respond to internal and external accounts enquiries including complaints
  • Manage accounts' email inbox and phone enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM
Requirements
  • PRODA access (Preferred)
  • NDIS experience (Preferred)
  • Applicants must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen holding a Special Category (subclass 444) visa with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Highly Desirable
  • Experience using Xero
  • Payroll experience (role may expand to include payroll responsibilities)
