UON is a Western Australian integrated energy company providing turnkey energy and water solutions to the mining sector and beyond. An upcoming opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join our Projects team in regional WA on a 2:1 roster, paid fortnightly with 30% site uplift.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE - This position will initially be Perth based on a 5:2 roster at our Head office in Malaga until early 2027 (approx. Feb/Mar) and will then transition to a FIFO 2:1 roster site based.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' site administration experience in construction or resources.
• Experience with standard site practices and procedures.
• White/Blue Card Construction; BHP/RIO/FM G induction desirable.
• Previous FIFO site-based experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all site administrative requirements in line with UON policies and client needs.
• Establish and maintain registers per UON procedures and quality control frameworks.
• Oversee all site-based plant and equipment servicing requirements.
• Coordinate project deliveries, logistics and goods receipt on site.
• Process procurement requests for the projects team.
• Attend to general queries and direct them to relevant staff.
• Ensure site offices are neat and orderly.
