Job summary

Austral Construction is seeking a highly organised Site Administrator to support our FIFO operations from Perth on a 2:1 roster. You will coordinate onboarding, travel and mobilisation for employees and contractors, manage timesheets and procurement, and provide robust administrative support to project teams.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient with MS Office. This role offers an attractive base salary with a 41% uplift and opportunities for development within a

Qualifications

• Must be based in Western Australia
• Australian work rights are required
• Experience in administration or project support is beneficial
• Exposure to rosters, mobilisation, travel bookings or document control is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation for employees, contractors and visitors
• Arrange travel, accommodation, medicals, training, PPE and site access
• Maintain project rosters, mobilisation records and training matrices
• Maintain timesheets and assist weekly wages processing
• Raise purchase orders and provide administrative support to project teams
