Job summary

Remote Personnel seeks Site Administrators for FIFO roles across Western Australia. You will coordinate staff travel, act as the key on-site admin contact, and assist with routine utility tasks in a remote camp environment. Inductions and INX familiarity are essential.

Candidates must have FIFO site administration experience, a valid police clearance, and be capable of passing a pre-employment medical and ongoing testing as required in remote sites.

Qualifications

• Proven FIFO Site Administrator experience is required.
• Experience with INX is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain/hold a National Police Clearance.
• Must have current site induction experience or be able to complete inductions promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff.
• Act as main on-site administrator and first point of contact for admin issues.
• Perform basic utility tasks and site cleaning duties as needed.
• Support the camp team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
