Job summary

MACA Mining Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join the team at the Dingo Range Gold Project, working a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.

The role requires proven open pit mining supervision, strong safety leadership, and the ability to guide production crews while adhering to project plans and regulatory requirements. A Statutory Mining Supervisors Course (Schedule 26) and current driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Supervisor in open pit mining.
• Strong safety leadership and track record in safety in the workplace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Current driver’s license and ability to operate across sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities follow contract/project plans and legal requirements.
• Manage procurement, plant, equipment, and resources.
• Verify all technical aspects are complete before works commence.
• Support day-to-day activities and provide direction to production crews.
• Identify improvements and coach staff for development.
