Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Site Support Technician for a 12‑month FIFO contract with a mining client. The role delivers on-site IT support at FIFO locations, resolves incidents, and ensures service continuity under defined SLAs.

Responsibilities include supporting end-user devices, performing installations and repairs, and collaborating with Service Desk and infrastructure teams. Prior FIFO/mining IT experience is highly valued.

• Supports IT infrastructure, especially in remote/challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user IT support for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones.
• Install, repair and maintain computer devices and related hardware/software components.
• Resolve incidents and requests promptly to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, infrastructure and application teams to ensure service continuity.
• Deploy and support devices at remote FIFO sites and engage stakeholders at all levels.
