Job summary

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, full working rights in Australia, and the ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening and police clearance.

We are seeking an experienced FIFO Chef with a strong background in high-volume, bulk catering environments. You will be confident delivering quality meals to large workforces while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and presentation across every service. Experience working in remote sites is essential, with a solid understanding of rostered operations, tight service schedules, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced kitchen environments. A strong focus on food safety, dietary requirements, and team collaboration is key, alongside a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of culinary experience for all guests.

The Position
