Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited in Australia is seeking a skilled kitchen leader to manage operations across our remote village catering. The role will oversee food quality, safety, service standards and menu development for FIFO workers, with an 8/6 roster from Perth.

You will guide a kitchen team, maximise stock utilisation, and liaise with stakeholders to continually improve day-to-day service. Formal Cantonese, Sichuan and other Eastern cuisines training and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

Qualifications

• Formally trained in Cantonese, Sichuan and other Eastern cuisines.
• Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance.
• Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards.

Salary - $130,938 plus superannuation
