Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to travel across Melbourne and regional VIC to maintain and elevate in-store presentation in line with Ghanda’s creative direction. You will drive floor-ready merchandising, staff coaching, and quarterly audits to ensure consistent brand visuals.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication, and a flexible, autonomous approach to touring multiple stores across the region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to VIC retail stores to execute and adapt VM memos per Ghanda's direction.
• Maintain store presentation: folding, hanging, displays, ticketing, windows.
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM basics.
• Audit and report store maintenance, fixture changes and inventory levels.
• Assist with set-up, opening, relocation or closing of stores as required.

A day in the life:

As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHADISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout VIC to:

• Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
• Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
