Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to cover retail stores across Victoria, based in Melbourne. You will implement VM concepts, optimise floor space and boost customer interest.

Travel to stores, coach teams on VM fundamentals, maintain exceptional presentation and report on fixtures and stock. A generous package includes clothing allowances, an annual bonus and unlimited garment discounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt VM memos to optimise floor space and generate customer interest.
• Maintain store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations.
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals.
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels.
• Support the setup, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required.

A Day In The Life

As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout VIC to:

• Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
• Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
