Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to travel across Queensland retail stores, implementing VM memos and optimizing floor space to drive customer interest.

You will maintain high store presentation, train staff on VM fundamentals, and report on maintenance and inventory changes. The role supports store openings and relocations where needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to retail stores across QLD to execute VM memos and optimize floor space.
• Maintain store presentation across displays, ticketing and windows.
• Coach retail teams on VM fundamentals on the floor.
• Audit store maintenance, fixture changes and inventory levels.
• Support store setup, openings, relocations or closures as required.

A Day In The Life

As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHADISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout QLD to:

• Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
• Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
