Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to join the Ghanda Gang on the Gold Coast, QLD. You will implement VM directives, maintain pristine store presentations and coach retail teams in VM fundamentals to drive customer engagement.

You will be responsible for store set-ups, relocations and ongoing maintenance, with opportunities for career progression within a family-run, purpose-driven business that offers clothing allowances and annual bonuses.

• Confident communication and quick rapport with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
• Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
• Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
• Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
• Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
