Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Ballarat to deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer in-store. You will handle POS transactions, maintain presentation per brand guidelines, and support stock deliveries and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have a can-do attitude, can work autonomously or with a team, and align with Ghanda's values. Flexible availability is required, including school holidays, and own transport is preferred.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control

About You
